Individualized Doula Service/ Package
This package includes support for every step of the journey. Lean on me for pregnancy resources and support as we build a connection leading up to birth. I’ll be there to hold space and provide care while you’re recovering postpartum as well.
Holistic Pregnancy and Birth Planning: I will meet with you and your partner at least twice before labor to become acquainted with you; explore and discuss your priorities and any fears or concerns; present evidence- based information on the risks and benefits of common interventions and procedures used during childbirth; discuss your birth plans; and plan how we might best work together. We may also decide on other meetings and will remain in touch.
Establish our connection, dive deep into visualizing your dream pregnancy and build the roadmap to your authentic birth.
After Birth Support: In person support {up to 3 hours} in the immediate postpartum including: Birth Space Clean Up, Nourishing Meal, Healing Herbal Bath, Placenta Reading, Newborn / Breast Feeding Support.
Postpartum Care & Integration
The Fantasy Visitor: The impact of a baby's entrance into the world ripples out way beyond the child's immediate family and you may find yourself fielding requests from neighbors, extended family, friends, and colleagues wanting to experience the wonder that is this brand-new human being curled in your arms.
Many well-meaning visitors-even close family like grandparents and siblings-can unintentionally neglect to put your needs at the forefront and forget that a visit to your home may actually create more work for you. Most people don't, in fact, realize how precious a new mother's energy is during the early days home with baby and that simple acts like getting out of bed or making light conversation can be quite draining. Even close family members may have to wait to meet baby if you are not feeling up to the visit. Postpartum is your time to exert some very real self-care policies for yourself. Do what feels right!

I am not a medical midwife. As a Doula I provide unconditional support for the mother throughout the pregnancy, birth and postnatal period. I am a physical and emotional support coach who is meant to offer supplemental education resources and reflections on the mother’s experience and advocacy.
Studies show that the supportive presence of a Doula can have an enormous impact. Women who have doulas are 60% more likely to have a non-traumatic birth experience. The presence of a doula has also been shown to decrease the need for medical intervention and decrease the risk of a low neonatal Apgar score.
